Located in Walnut Creek, our Palos Verdes location offers a calm and relaxing environment for all your stretching needs. Warm up on our Peloton Bike or Echelon Treadmill prior to your appointment to get the maximum benefits from your stretch session. Need a way to unwind and relax? Book a massage in our treatment room with one of our highly skilled massage therapists. Our staff will not only help decrease muscle tightness and pain, but will improve your mobility and range of motion!
ELEVATE SPORTS PERFORMANCE
Elevate Basketball and Performance Training is THE place to meet all of your fitness and training needs. With a spacious facility, top notch staff and the latest in training methods and technology, you will definitely ELEVATE your game!
Elevate is a 5,700 square foot facility located in Concord, CA. Opened in January of 2015 we offer basketball and sport specific training in multiple environments (one on one training, small group training, team training, clinics and camps). Additionally our facility is available for rent to outside groups for team practices, birthday parties, team parties, and other events.
We train kids as young as 5 years old and several professionals in the NBA! We currently are training high school players from: Northgate, Berean Christian, College Park, De La Salle, Carondelet, Liberty, Miramonte, Las Lomas, Bishop O’Dowd, San Ramon Valley, Acalanes, and more…
Roundhill Country Club
Located in Alamo, CA, lies the prestigious Roundhill Country Club winner of the distinguished club award.
Round Hill Country Club was originally founded in 1959 as a combination golf course and luxury housing community. The Course was opened in the fall of 1960, followed by the Clubhouse, Tennis Facility and Pool in 1961.
In August of 1996, Round Hill Country Club opened our 48,000 square foot Clubhouse - the ultimate setting to entertain family, guests and clients. The Clubhouse was renovated in 2017-2018, transforming the already fabulous facilities to resort level amenities.
Sportsmall Shadelands
The Shadelands SportsMall is a 220,000 sq ft, cutting-edge sports training supercenter in Walnut Creek, CA. It gathers 10 high-caliber sports programs in a centrally located facility, offering state-of-the-art equipment and training methods, and ultimately, significant time savings and convenience for busy athletes and their families.

Oakhurst Country Club
